Maliha Awan joined Woodlands Dental Practice in October 2024 as a qualified Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist after completing her training at the University of Birmingham.
She believes in minimally invasive treatments and is passionate about prevention, educating patients on how to achieve optimal results through effective oral hygiene at home. Maliha always prioritizes her patients’ needs, listening to and understanding any concerns they may have. She feels it is vital to create a welcoming and relaxed environment, especially for nervous patients. Additionally, Maliha enjoys educating children about their oral hygiene and finding ways to make every appointment fun and enjoyable.
In her free time Maliha likes to go to the gym, bake and spend time with family.
